Prior to scheduling a weight loss consultation (in person in Forest, VA or Virginia Beach area) we will have you complete some basic forms and obtain (or send in results of recent) labwork. During an initial consultation, your provider will review your completed forms and discuss your weight history, medical history, and symptoms. Your provider will help you understand your options, discuss risks and benefits, and work with you to decide next steps for medical weight loss programs. There is no obligation or contract to proceed.

After an initial consultation, your provider determines if you qualify for one of these comprehensive weight loss programs. These medical weight loss programs can Include coaching, check ins or provider visits, as well as Compounded injectable Semaglutide and other GLP-1 RA medication prepared for you and shipped discretely to your home from a licensed compounding specialty pharmacy, support, and resources. Other med weight loss packages/ options available, too. $375+ per month, recurring

After an initial consultation visit, this plan offers follow up, supportive groups, education, resources, tools, nutrition/ exercise/ supplement recommendations. If medication to support weight management is prescribed, it will be sent to your local pharmacy. (We rejoice when insurance covers evidence based treatments, but unfortunately for those with chronic weight struggles, they often don't cover needed meds). $150 per month
