We offer this because many wouldn't have access to these tools otherwise. We believe in offering convenient access to care (by telehealth all across Virginia) and the tools and resources you need.

We explore the benefits of non-medication options, oral med options, and injectable med options of different classes- and we have more than just one 'tool' available.
So whether you are in the mountains or the coast of VA, rural or NOVA, you can access us for a consultation and care by convenient telehealth. For our weight loss programs with compounded medication included, the pharmacy will ship your compounded medications to your home! How easy is that? We also offer appointments in our Forest, VA practice.

Fawn Workman, NP is both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has personal experience with the struggle of obesity her entire life. Fawn Workman, FNP-C PMHNP-BC says, "I know the struggle, I've have been through it, too. And with my personal experience with the chronic disease of obesity, I was frustrated with the inability to obtain access to care without a months long wait, and frustrated when my patients couldn't get the meds I prescribed!"
Fawn previously started Lifesong Health as a practice for mental health care and saw many patients with psychiatric meds or anxiety or depression not be able to get meds for their obesity. She pursued specialized education in obesity care, and has a commitment to helping break down stigma and the barriers to care.
And thus, Hello Hope Medical Weight Loss clinic was born.
